Geoband Typography
Typography Design
I created a font from scratch. The font features a clean yet elegant geometric design, inspired by the principles of Bauhaus. Each line is deliberately measured and thoughtfully placed, resulting in a typeface that conveys both movement and personality. It was crafted for voices that want to be heard. This project was developed using Adobe Illustrator along with traditional pen and paper.
Grid System
To develop the typography, I designed a modular system that allowed me to adjust and customize the letter endings. Each character was built from a consistent base shape, which helped maintain visual harmony throughout the typeface. I then refined the forms by adding curves and carving out the necessary details to achieve the final look.
This is the grid system I used to construct my letterforms and shapes. Crafting the curves was particularly challenging, but I genuinely enjoyed the process.
